depends what mods your trying to do. Since the game is new sometimes the little updates will ruin the mod. At launcher are you going to your mods list and turning them on?

yeah, i have also tried six different mods individually, cause i thought they might be clashing, but none of the mods worked, even ones as simple as black marble ui didnt work

Did you enable the mods from the launcher?

Best way i have found is to go to C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Paradox Interactive and move it to the normal Paradox location at C:\Documents\Paradox Interactive

I am having a similar problem in that the game can't recognise or run any workshop mods whilst in Windows 10 (windows 7 works fine), even with them enabled from the launcher. Have been talkign to Paradox Support and we've been changing the path of the launcher but, so far, nothing is working. It's definitely a Windows 10 problem though as during installation it's created two separate document folderrs
