Do you mean using assets from the game? I think to start with you would need to work out if the asset in question was made for Enderal or was one of the many things taken (with permission) from other mods, and if the latter, check the permissions for the original mod. For other stuff, you'd need to find out what SureAI's permissions are like, I guess.
