Workshop Mods not working
I have downloaded several mods and enabled them in the launcher, yet none of them work. I tried looking up how to fix it online and apparently the mods download into the c drive instead of the D drive.
They said, "Copy the files in C:\Users"your user name"\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator to D:\Users"your user name"\Documenten\Paradox Interactive\Imperator."
I tried that, but the mods do not work. I looked into the mod folder and there are video files that are labeled as MOD files, which I suspect are the mods. Upon further tinkering, I discovered that there MOD files only appear after I enable a mod in the launcher settings. I then tried doing a computer search for the mod files and the system said that the files I am looking for don't exist. I was hoping that the patch released this morning would fix this, but it did not. I've tried installing and reinstalling both the game and the mods, can someone please help me?

Yes I am having the same problem. I have downloaded and enabled five mods by moving the slider so that they go 'green' in the mod manager, but they don't actually appear or work in the game. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game too, but to no result.
BTW running the game on Windows 10, would this make a difference?

I have checked, the mods have downloaded and are on my hard drive here :
Program Files(x86)/Steamsteamapps/workshop/content
but for some strange reason the game doesn't seem to be recognising or enabling them.

WILL SOME TELL THE PARATWATS TO FIX THE WORKSHOP MODDING ISSUE OR CONSIDER THEIR GAME A FAIL BY THOSE WHO USE TO LOVE THEIR GAME!!!!!!
I am not sure if this is just a Windows 10 problem. Have fired up my old Windows 7 PC and installed the game on it, and it doesn't seem to work at all but I think this is the new 1
.02 beta patch

I think it is a windows 10 problem. I've uploaded Imperator on my very old and slow WIndows 7 PC with the same mods all engaged and enabled, and the game can see them fine and put them into the game so I can see the changes and mods working.
BUt exactly the same mods in Windows 10 and the game can't see them even though they are enabled in an identical way.

Update - Paradox support are still trying to resolve the issue.
It seems that Windows 10 has created two separate document folders during the download/installation of this game, half of the files in one place and the other half in the other. Sounds like I am not the only user with this issue,a lthough this doesn't happen to all Windows 10 steam users as some subscribers have been able to run the game with any number of workshop mods enabled, no problem.

I have found that my mods are only working, or even showing at all in the mod manager, when I am online. Since I prefer to play offline, and since the game is so problem ridden that it needs mods to be playable, this adds up to a major issue.

To add to this if you now want to disable mods now you have to either copy the file "dlc_load.json" from C:\ to your paradox location or edit the file in there.
The launcher saves all the changes you make into C:\, so you have to manually change these for now or revert your library back to C:

For Me; this pc /documents/parasite inactive/imperator/mod/ contains text files with the mod address, and the actual mod files are in program files (86)/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/859580/.

When I start the game offline it clears the first of those folders, i.e. imperator wipes the text files with the addresses to the actual mods.

Copying the text files (*.mod) into the steam content folder achieves nothing, and my c/users/kai/documents/parasite inactive/imperator/mod/ and c/documents/parasite inactive/imperator/mod/ folders are identical, so there is no point to the "copy c/users... to c/documents..." instruction.

In my modding 7Days, world at war, and HOI4 there have always been the text files with addresses in one place and the actual mod files being in another, so parasite blaming windows 10 for this seems inadequate.

I've tried making a simple mod using the mod tools but it does not work.
I start the launcher, make the mod, go to the mod file, switch around some cities in the setup.txt, and then click the enable tab to green.
Nothing.
