when your empire grows... you will have countless families without a job(=income) so you are looking to get those folks a job right?
But here comes the pain... there are dozens names in the selection for a job. And those names are not really easy to read, and some of them sound very very identical.
So you have allways switch between the windows for Senate/Regions/Science and the Families/charackters. And thats a real pain in the ass.

So couldnt the devs PLZ make it possible to open 2 windows simultaneously? that would be a great help in this case... or a modder maybe?
