Placement Issue - Please Help

Hi, I don't know if this is a me thing or the game thing.. but any of the blueprints I download from the steam workshop are easy to place in game, but then it's like the floors of them aren't paths or something, and everything is inaccessible to guests and staff. I'm going to guess I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what.

Same problem for me. And the terrain is always raised around the blueprint placement making it high up. I'm not sure if that's how they're supposed to be but it's irritating...

To fix the height part, use Z to lower it.. and from what people have told me, placing paths under the blueprint is a normal requirement, so it's just something to get used to!
