imo. If authors are going to make changes to an already existing skin with votes on it, it should be encouraged workshop community wide that they either make another submission (ex. v1, v2..) or include screenshots of previous changes.

This really isn't about overall improvement of a skin but over aesthetic changes.
The ION creator already adopted this format and it pays off because this keeps you from being overly downvoted due to big changes. AURES Nyx recently made this change and it was upsetting to see this because the original won't be able to compete now. Specifics aside, it isn't fair/right to the voting consumer to practice this without proper documentation of major aesthetic changes. At the end of the day this process determines if money is going to change hands.

Also, I'm aware of DE's guidelines and I am advocating for these taking a change aswell.
