Are you trying to change it for the UI and HUD, or the one the character is holding? The first option is easier as all you have to do is edit the pngs in the "interfaces" folder. The latter is a bit more difficult as you would have to edit the entire animation set in the "actors" png.

i changed it in that png but it hasn't changed yet.why?

You have to change it both in menus.png and igm_interface.png because it uses different sprites ingame than it does in the menus. :)
