Street-Running trains
Is there an ability to create street-running trains? I want to be able to create towns where I have heavy freight running right through the city. Is this at all possible? Maybe a starting point would be to edit the tram tracks.

You would need to restrict track speeds a lot too.

If it's similar to how trams work, aren't they restricted to the road speed limit? One could do the same.
