if you have enough supplys to build a good base at the start, then build a landing pad after the water. pick extra biologists to come in first. build as large a farm as you can afford.

Make a level 2 solar, and level 2 power stoarage, then a small or big water extracter. Right after that, make a air lock, and oxegyen generater. Coming off from that, make a canteen, with large gtabel, a meal maker, and a water fountain, make a bio dome, with planets that are highlighted red, and one or plant highlighted white (Make sure that they're only one of each, don't want to over work all of them) make a dorm with 2-3 bunk beds, then make a processing plant with a bio and medal proccer. Be sure to make a multidom, if you don't the workers might refuse to do work, as they might get unhappy.
