Who wants to create an Onslaught mode with me?
Hey there mappers! I'm calling out to you!
I want to breath some more life into Toxikk by creating an Onslaught mode! The devs are not going to add anything to the game soon , so I would like to create it with your help.

This mode came up in UT2004 where 2 teams had to destroy the enemy power core. To do this, they first had to disable the core surrounding shield by building up power nodes on the huge map to link a connection to the enemy power core. To reach the distant power nodes you had vehicles. Once a power node was built up, you could teleport to this node. And there were several further differences to the normal deathmatch.

Onslaught is a very tactical mode where strategy is superior to Deathmatch skills (aiming, movement, ...). I think this mode would be very good to get many more players into the game because newcomers and casual players can be a great gain for the team without the need to have sublime deathmatch skills.

I've absolutely no idea how to map with the SDKK. I've made some Portal 2 maps, but that drag and drop Editor cannot be compared to the complex SDKK, not even talking of modding. Before thinking about learning all that stuff I thought that maybe someone of you gifted guys would want to help me. I'm searching for mappers who would like to help me create an Onslaught mode for Toxikk. I could only do minor things in the SDKK as I still would have to learn it. But I'm an Onslaught veteran as I played in the german national Onslaught team and know every detail about this mode.

I plan to modify Twin Peaks into an Onslaught map. Or we may call the mode something else like Core Network, Core Link, Power Network, Power Connection, Power Link or something. Twin Peaks is very good suited for this mode. I thought about this for some days now and have a suggestion for positions of the nodes and the node setup.

I would really appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from anyone of you who wants to do this. Many thanks in advance!

As you might have read, "Ive absolutely no idea how to map". I would only try to do this with the help of an experienced mapper. Would like to be part of this? Or do you know someone who would like to do this?
