camera mod tutorial

please tutorial camera mod run. what is dev mod? and console?

The Console is accessed by pressing CTRL SHIFT ~ at the same time.
The tilde character "~" is located to the left of "1" above TAB on a US standard keyboard.

The Console lets you run commands in the game engine. It dev mode it has more features than in normal.

"Dev mode" is accessed by right clicking on the game in Steam, "Properties", then the button "Set Launch settings..."

type "-dev" without quotes and click OK.
Run the game,

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FINISH CAMPAIGN MISSIONS WHEN USING DEV MODE!!
