Very Simple Mod Request - Additional Dictatorship Law slots.
Hey folks!

There's one other mod out there (Total Law) that gives Dictatorship extra law slots at system development level 3 and 5. However, it also unlocks ALL laws from every party. I was hoping someone could make a more lore friendly version of this mod that does not unlock all laws, but still provides the bonus slots at levels 3 and 5.
