There are very few active modders for this game.
The ai seems to do best with
- fast
- observant
- xenophobic
-wealthy & wealth upper area bonuses, it loves money and rushes like mad
- multi planet home systems (instead of singles)
- sillicon based, set farming to -2 and reroute that to something else
- you can make them unlikeable for 2 more points. Haters gonna hate?
then set its personality to aggressive/expansion/cruel and favor building ships/tech/logistics type things.
What the AI Is not good at..
- it can't handle even an OP synthetic setup
- it won't use the extra tech trees (or uses them poorly at best)
- it hates being slow and blind
- it only really makes a good try at military victory.
Past that you can try to cheat like hacking up one of the perks to have a bunch more stuff and give that to all the AI. This isnt hard to do.
they don't get pragmatic. They are ok at mal & bene ... but with xeno bene is gutted (research being its best line for military victory) so I recommend mal.
full tech trading helps the AI too.
