Mod request 🙏 limit the numbers of units

Could someone make a mod limit the numbers of units in an army from 20 to 10, for player and AI

instead of changing from 20 to 40 change to 10, this has to be done for each new game.

You need to download and make a mod using
Pack File Manager[sourceforge.net]

Try using this guide its the same method for thrones of britannia
