A question regarding Aurora toolset

The GoG version of this has some issues running on my Windows 7 machine.. Rotating things when placing them down is WAY too fast, I can't get things the way I want (this is fairly important to me and the things I make). Does this warpspeed rotation and screen scrolling problem exist within the Enhanced Edition?

This isn't normally an issue, even in the GoG 1.69 version. The rotation speed is fixed but moderate. When precise rotation is needed, R click > Adjust Location. AFAIK EE works exactly the same.
