workshop , Blue prints,, downloads won't work ! MAJOR ISSUE!

Hello

Here is what i noticed about the issue!
1) When Lauching the Game it freezes the whole screen before the game pops up and start.
2)when i go to steam to subscribe to workshop ithem theres a icon that keeps loading but never stops and never downloas or subscribes to the ithem , its like if i was blocked!
3)When the game starts i had content before and now its all GONE!!!! when i go to my maps and go to workshop download maps theres nothing.
4)When im in my maps under construction , and go to blue prints i only see my blue prints what i was subscrib to does not show up.
5)When i go to Librar to Download or update i says Download schedule to (time) then says start then stops and goes back to schedule to (time)

I have restared the game over 12 times notyhing happens. I have re-installed the gave 7 times still nothing
C'an i get help Please????

I have had the same issue for over 9 months now. Never got any help. Its the same for all my games with workshop content on Steam. Nobody seems to be interested.

If it is all of your games, then it is most likely a problem with Steam or something in the way you have it set up on your computer. Have you contacted the Steam folks directly? I don't think people are responding on the forums because they aren't having an issue. I wouldn't know where to begin to try to resolve the problem other than to talk to the Steam folks.

But I do hate to see qustions not answered so I felt compelled to give my 2 cents worth. I just don't think anyone on the forum knows how to fix the issue.

I have been in touch with Steam many times, but nothing was ever resolved and they did not seem to be interested. Their explanation was that my dowenload speed was to low, however I do not have a problem with downloading thier games.
I did a clean install of Steam on my daughters computer yesterday, then bought Planet Coaster and installed it on her machine. When the installation was completed I subscribed to some workshop content. I discovered that It had downloaded 3 very small files (item, meta and thumb0 but had put them in (Example)SteamAps/Workshop/Content/518340/748855893. No blueprint file was downloaded. I have since checked my own computer and found it has done the same.

I had this happen to me for over 4 months blueprint downloads didnt work. Both frontier and steam denied it was their problem and pointed me in the others direction. What you need to do is goto steam workshop and browse workshop. on the right hand side you will see your files. click subscribed files then click unsubscribe all. Unfortunately this means you will have to download all your favorites again but this is the only way I could get blueprint downloads to work again and they have been working fine since.
