Could someone point me at a tutorial on creating a new flat ride?

Hi,

I'd like to create a few western themed flat rides for my park, as well I cant find any in the base game :( . Looking through the workshop it appears that you can create new artwork - but I cannot find out how and I do not know if it is possible to build a ride from the ground up as you can a new coaster. There does not appear to be any way in game so I am guessing it has to be external, but how and with what packages?

Any advice greatly appropriated.

You can't build your own flat rides. You can only add scenery to them and change the sequences, colors, music and such. You can add triggered effects as well.
