House templates

Can we create a tab in the workshop to give house templates to other players? Or to subscribe yourself.

Also it would be nice if you could rename house templates ingame or adjust their placement height before building. It would also be conveninent if the template folder had template names that weren't a random string, but something to do with the name you gave the template.
