country modding.
Does anyone have a link on how to edit provinces and regions and such? I've been able to find stuff to edit pops and such, but I'm can't find out how to add provinces or anything like that. Or map editing. If anyone has a link to somewhere that says how to do it I would greatly appreciate it.

Best bet is to check the official modding forums, or to join the modding discord which is active and has people willing to help. Here's a link: https://discord.gg/GBWpcW

The modding wiki doesn't have much info on it yet, but people are starting to fill in pages slowly now. I'm currently working on the Genes page, but will also be doing ethnicities, portrait modifiers, and 3D art stuff
