Ship ladder auto grab mod?

Hi all, i was wandering is there a mod which make the ship ladder grabbing automatic?

It so frustrating trying to grab the ladder in the water, i keep floating past and the prompt is finicky.
Wish I could just swim up to the ladder and the character would automatically grab it, without me pressing E.

thats could be nice, because really hard in storm and just giving a headache when trying to catch it but your character always swimming throw away and the sharks and others eating you (nevermind you been 30sec earlier to the ladder if you cant grab that sh*t)
