Just an idea.

We'll need the Assembly Kit to do any custom models, so hopefully they'll release it soon

Plate armor in the 9th-10th century? Heathen!

Do you mean the models? Yeah those will take the Kit, but if you are just looking for beefier knights/bodyguards that should be pretty easy to do by making a "plate" armor type.

Italy had bronze plate in 350bc.

Yeah but it was no where near the efficiency of a medieval plate armour, and eventually stopped being used because they prefered chainmail over it. ANyway, plate armour for knights wasn't created before 14th century, and was without a doubt never used in 10th century Britannia.

I don't care about the lore or history. Just make it happen for knights and nobles.

This is WAY before Lorica Segmentata existed, and while Musculata might have existed at this point, it was ceremonial and made of thin bronze, not an effective armor by any means.

Indeed WAY before Lorica. And a crossbow would cut through a bronze plate like a hot knife through buttah! :)
