Im surprised nobody has mentioned this one as a mod (i would make it myself but im actually not sure where to start).
The lack of forced march in this game for your armies is very annoying, especially late game where you have vast amounts of land and it takes 6-7 turns to move your armies around.
I feel this addition to the game that gives an increased movement point buff, with a tired battle debuff, would solve a lot of this issue (as in previous total war games).


P.s if somebody could point me in the way of learning to make mods this game i would also be appreciative as i could then make it myself.
