Pff what lol. Before acusing me of lying, think twice.
You can easily replace sound files provided you know which one you want to replace. There's no programming "required" this time around. And if I remember correctly you won't get kicked from servers like you did in RS1 & RO2 due to the different sound system. However it's more difficult to create new sounds as you need to understand how to use the wwise program.

Yeah good luck replacing game sounds including voices, I will take a look how it goes.
