I have been trying to trigger the Stellar Prisoner quest but it never shows up. I've read that it can appear when there is a nuetron star discovered and there are no other coop quests going on. I can turn off the Academy quest which lowers the chance of other coop quests interfering, but that dang Photo Bomber quest is always popping up. I am quite sure this is the reason I am not getting the Stellar Prisoner quest. Has anyone else analyzed this issue?
