Why are there so many Streets of Rage 2 mods?

All of these mods seem to have been created by the same person, why is he/she just replacing sprites? The mods could also be fake, as most of them have no screenshots and a few of them only have one screenshot. Someone tried one of the mods which has a screenshot, and they said that it contained NSFW, too!

Thoses mods doesn't actually have any gameplay. They are only interactives gifs with child porn, and it show a link to a website with many NSFW art of that kind... Thoses mods are disgusting and the person or peoples who are postings those should be ashamed.

The person needs to be banned. Its a shame that streets of rage is getting hit like this .

This ♥♥♥♥ really needs to stop as streets of rage is one of my most favourite games and it is getting destroyed by these wanna be pedos since they normally attack streets of rage 2 i tested a stimpy streets of rage 3 mod and it starts in the hold position with yet again the same character getting the same abuse. I am litterally getting sick and tired of seeing these mods and reporting each and everyone mod/user, can't steam just ban whoever is making them permanently
