MOD, Genetic Alteration Lab in custom race
First, www.games2gether.com does not send me email verification email, any help on that???

Now main question, any advice on how to add Genetic Alteration Lab technology to custom race based on UE. I do not want custom to have Gene Hunter affinity, just access to Genetic Alteration Lab tech.
I was reading mod guides on forum but there is too much to read (I am 43 and with full time job and family so this kind of reading is just little to much for me), so any links or advice for making this particular mod are welcome!
