Problem.

So apparently mods that I subscribed doesn't appear ingame now. Help? Said mods are currently scenes.

Probably a bug which I hope they fix. Sometimes even mods that is not scenes can't be found on the selection.

from what I know cortex command can only launch so many mods at once, roughly 3 pages worth.

the limit is not 50. I have 44 and some of mine don't load. it probably depends on how large the mods are.

Good for you, however, the answer to this thread all alone is mod limit. Theres a hidden mod limit which forces you to play a fraction rather than all of mods that is subscribed/downloaded. Probably for optimization or something.

There isn't a mod limit. The game is just adding mods what are already inside your mod folder into the game and not downloading all of the other mods. I fixed this issue by deleting the mods from my game folder(mods and workshopmods folders) and it download all my mods.
