Does any mod you publish have to be passed by admin? only I just published one and it says friend only and I don't know if I have to change it.... am a noob at this

Or even how to change it :)

The mod page has "access rights". Change access from "only for friends" to "open". I have Steam in Russian, so I'm not exactly sure how it will be in another language.
