blender an Automation tutorial help

i went into blender today amd uploaded one of my Vans,and proceeded to change a few bits on it , Eg a few materials. now i can not selected the colours i have in Automation. they are defaulted to white material. ( i use nodes options) . the vehicle is still working okay.btw ingame

seems to work okay, gave it a bit of a nose job.and added some runner trim on sides of van.stop using nodes atm. :D
