no, this is an easier one,
subscribe to sleeve fix mod, find it in "steam/steamapps/workshop/content/355180/" then find a folder that has only sound and materials folders inside, put that folder in your custom folder

I know this is SUPER late and possibly a necro, but considering this guy left him hanging, the folder number you want is 943578379.

Make sure you have installed the sleeve fix mod first.
