Idea for a mod (need advice)

so my idea is that Instead of having 25k to go out and buy a car is that you start with a car in the garage (i.e. Einvagen 110GT) and have $2k to start racing. I know that I have to load a car from the "Street Legal Racing Redline\save\cars" folder but which file would my desired lines of code be located in to do this?

I was thinking that I would need to set up a reward perameter for opening up the garage itself, kindof like how winnin the ROC gives you a vehicle or losing pink slips removes your vehicles
