Steering

The much anticipated steering enhancement is a total disaster. It's worse than before the update. Now my cars either don't turn at all or dive into walls, no matter how I set the sensitivity. I'd love to see a video of the devs playing this to understand how they think this is in any way better. It's bad enough for me to disengage from this game until it is fixed. What I want is digital steering that goes by how far I move my controller, not a delayed reaction of all or nothing. Very disappointing. If anyone has found a setting that works on an Xbox controller, I'd love to see it. :(

Pretty sure I set mine to %50 and it was fine

Well 50% didn't fix it for me. It just delays the start of turning by more and still oversteers, sending me into walls. I'd set personal best laps of 42 seconds on the race track with the AM Vulcan before this change. Now I can't get around the track in under 75 seconds and several crashes. :(

Actually, my bad, %50 is what I found works best with keyboard, with controller I found leaving it on 100 worked fine for me, anything higher was undriveable on both.

Both those set ups broke my record on the top gear circuit using deadbob777s rs200

Thanks for your replies. So apparently it reacts differently from person to person. Undriveable with my logitech F710 using Xbox wireless drivers on Windows 10 64bit. The difference between before the update and after is night and day. I'll keep an eye out for patches to fix it but I can't play it like this. :(
