(SOLVED) Game map layout completely changed
So i have a question, for some weird reason i get a completely different map layout and different vanilla side quest locations . For example, on act 1,there's a side quest:bring out your dead, on my first play through the cemetry located on top of a hill without needing to open locked gate,since there's no gate. but on my other play through the cemetery is bigger and the quest giver located near a river and i need to open up the locked gate first by defeating some ghost

Mods do not affect the Vanilla game however if your Mod Game has been affected by a bound save mod like Synergies then:

Open mod launcher, delete mod save folder, exit, reopen the mod launcher and remove Synergies from the load order.

If you want to play Synergies then it does change the layouts so it may only be different if starting on New Game Plus and beyond.

So is it because synergies? I also remember, when in vanilla map layout, the first time you play on first starting point camp, if you go to the right, you will find some rattler, and a hill with a chest, but if change takes effect,(change only happens when creating new characters, but its rarely happen even with synergies mod) if you go to the right, you will find few rattler, and then small bandit stronghold.

Yes, it makes changes to the maps.

Your Load Order actually looks good except the Storm Textures would be placed at the top.

Oh, thanks you so much, so i dont need to keep make new game just to get new map layout since i remove synergies, i remove it mainly because in act 3, on casual with synergies, there's elite enemy that looks like guardian pf the galaxy groot, that have 120000 hp and usually show up in horde then gang me till my character drop dead, i even use the synergies lowspawn, other enemies is reduced, but this groot like elite enemy keep spawning, 5 of them at once, very often, and hard too kill, that makes the game boring for me. But never mind, and thanks for the help

Mods can be a factor, sure. But I think the core thing here is that maps are randomized.

This game is quasi-roguelike in the spirit of Diablo -- each level is generated randomly for each playthrough. If you join an online game, the levels will be different. If you start a new play or reroll your world to host an online game, levels will be different.

The themes are similar, the building blocks are the same, some dungeons are fixed set-pieces... but lots of it is procedural in how it fits together.

This is where the replay value comes from.

By the way, with Synergies the casual difficulty is the same than the normal difficulty, that's why it looked way harder.

The bandit camp and empty space with a chest are both possible Echo Pass configurations in vanilla game and I honestly doubt synergies changed those whatsoever.

So you mean it just another map setup when map re rolled? Hmmmmm

, and last night when i try unearthed arcana, when doing side quest:wash away my sin, there's a bug when i try to go through portal that should teleport me to wellspring treasury, instead it reroll the temple of steppe map, and the map description describes it as "temple of steppe floor 2", and the layout completely changed, and enemy respawn too.

and there's around 3 set of re rolled map(temple of steppe floor 1 to floor 3,if im not mistaken) for temple of steppe, so yes, i guess you are right. Btw i think this bug still exists since i used the latest version of unearthed arcana, so you can try yourself if you want.

Unearthed Arcana is known for certain bugs. As long as you don't encounter the Frozen Boss Bug then it should be fine minus whatever progress may have been lost on a map reroll although it just means you can gain more experience from the reset foes.
