Diagonal Tunnels/ Paths

Is there a mod for diagonal tuennels and paths? I've tried seraching but couldn't find anything. Sometimes when there are mountains I want my tunnels to go a certain way, but they only go up and down and sideways, not the way I want it go go.

Can't be done with the modkit as far as I'm aware. Your best bet is to use a mod with a flattening tool or the terraforming one from Kralyerg to try and reshape the mountains so you can fit a tunnel in them. (Making a new save before is a good idea as you can't un-flatten or un-terraform back to the original slope, you can only get flat squares with those tools)
