Just go to Spiderling forums. its not that hard to find out where to find mods if you actually tried

The game was updated. You can now get mods through the steam workshop, just change the type of submissions you're looking through to mods.

The mod loader is supposed to be built in, I've subscribed to a bunch of mods but none show up in-game (and yes, I've restarted it)
