If you want someone to add them, and make them drive realistically. My advise is start gathering specification data and make sure all measurements are metric.
To start youd need:
-Wheelbase width and length (to setup a box chassis at the very start)
-Tire radius front/rear
-Tire width front/rear
Then you can have a basic driveable 4 wheels in game at the right size.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After that you need:
Front/Rear (left/right setups are not possible):
-Ride height
-Spring rates
-Geometry positioning of the suspsion setup (double wishbone) measured from hub center.
Front&rear upper/lower arms, spring, steering or trailing arm. All where they join the hub and body.
-Camber
-Toe in
-Tire+wheel mass
-Tire pressure
-Steering ratio
-Lock to lock degrees of steering
-Length/Width/Height of the shell (for moment of inertia calculation)
-Mass
-Center of mass height
-Front/rear mass distribution
-Basic aerodynamic info (front drag,front/rear downforce or lift)
-Gearbox ratios (5 max)
-Engine data (redline,idle rpm,peak power&torque,peak power&torque rpm)
But they are independent in game, so you could run left/right setups if you made a 3rd party trainer.
Okay, I'll get data for the Late Models because from what I recall they have the same size tires.
Width:
Front: 90” - 2.286 Meters
Rear: 88” - 2.2352 Meters
Length: 104” = 2.6416m
-Tire radius front/rear
Front: 14.7” = 37.338 Centimeter
Rear: 14.7” = 37.338 Centimeter
-Tire width front/rear
Front: 11” = 27.94 Centimeter
Back: 11” = 27.94 Centimeter

Nothing from my end at least. Still hoping someone makes them but realizing it's been 2 years I'm not holing my breath.
Wait, what about the workshop?
I'll be honest, I'm not sure. I don't play on any modded online servers. If it does not, that seems like a huge oversight by the devs.
All you have to do is click sub on steam workshop and then enable them in game to match the server. Some sort of auto sync would be nice, however not really practical.
Im not sure but wouldnt be surprised if you could already setup a link (to display in your server description) using steam API to automatically sub and download the required mods in the server.
