Improve workshop functionally

Workshop is not as well implimented as anyone would hope. There are some great maps on there that you cant play on a private match unless you use the mod loader and hamachi.

Rocket league should be able to load workshop maps its self and should add functionality to host and join private matches for a workshop map. If someone joins a private match and they dont have the map the game should download it off the workshop.

I came to the discussions looking for this exact thing. Aside from fixing the various bugs that myself and many others experience that Psyonix won't even acknowledge (mainly sounds disappearing in the 2 newest maps on Mac/Linux and the stuck new item icon), this is at the top of my wishlist.

Ya, I recently found a hide and seek map but cant play with friends because the game doesnt fully support the workshop even though it is there. I think this should be refine soon to have full support
