nothing will load in workshop

Nothing on your profile to say how long you've had TS, so;

When you have subscribed to a workshop scenario (or route) you have to go into TS main menu, Drive, Workshop tabs to complete the download.
Then click the workshop item to highlight it and if the "Drive" tab at the bottom is active (mostly it isn't, very hit and miss) play it from there. If not then look under standard tab (or career) on the route it is for and run from there.
