once you subcribe you need to open the game, then find "mods" then find "vehicle blueprints" (or something along those lines) you ned click the one you want to download and in the bottom right click download, you then name it and confirm. Then it should be in your load craft section. If not reload the game. If anything is unclear please tell me and i'll try to explain it better.
