Please help! My Texture Pack is being reuploaded and spammed.

A user called Feanor27 is reuploading and spamming my texture without my permission.
He also has done it to others, how do I stop him besides flagging?

Fill out the DCMA form. You can find it by clicking on the "here" in this text on the flagging screen. "If you'd like to report Copyright Infringement and are the copyright holder, please proceed to our DMCA compliant notice of copyright infringement form ***here***."

This is much stronger thing to do than flagging, and you can only do it if your own work is being stolen. It's much more likely to get taken down then.
