Server MOD Installation
I subscribed to many of the workshop mods but they are not populating in the server window on the right to enable them. The only ones I can enable are the Pandaraos ones because I downloaded those from elsewhere and placed the mods into the mods folder manually. Thoughts or suggestions?

you have to move the mods over yourself for them to work.
They go inside the mods folder.

So these are the ones that Steam assigns the numbers to in the folder correct? For example, 193004272 and from there I can correlate that to a mod ID I think?

ya, CS is 366090 for it's mod's workshop folder.
after that just go through one by one till you find the mod.
