Modding Help

Hello!
Im new to this game and I am willing to make some additions to the Insurgency Workshop! But before I get started, here are some of my questions that I need to have answered:

1st: If I want to insall a mod/addon where do I put it? Addons or Custom?

2nd: Does this game use/support VPK addon files?

3rd: How do I publish it when a mod is done?

4th: Is the current Insurgency engine compatible with CSGO sounds? (So my ported sounds from CSGO wont do that static/screeching sound.

Any answer is highly appriciated!

2. Yes, most if not all Source game supports VPK files.

3. Through the in-game menu.

4. I'm not sure, you're gonna have to try doing that yourself to see if it actually works, there's are CS:GO sound ports on the Workshop already so you might want to check those out as well.

4 - i think they are... but probably you need to get the right file structure into the mod folders. If you need any help about it you can ask me.. i dont know about graphics mods but i have quite experience on sound mods.
