What enhanced content do you hope to see next from Beamdog?
I really like the content they put out, lightning issues aside which I hope will be fixed.
And I really hope they will add more things soon, to truly make this the enhanced edition of NWN.

Personally I really want to see the kind of stuff that sees a lot of use first, that has the most impact on the game so seems a good start.

So my personal suggestions for what to do first:

Weapons.
-Large shield and buckler. Used often and with many weapons.
-Light and heavy crossbow. Used a lot by mages and the model really needs an upgrade.
-Mace. Another very common weapon that lots of standard encounters and NPC's use too.

Character models.
-Any kinds of villagers. Innkeeper, prostitute, old man, old woman, etc. All are often used.
-Neverwinter Militia. Fits for the campaign and they should be a symbol of Neverwinter.

Monsters.
-The four elementals. Great chance to show off the new lighting effects.
-Red dragon. One of the most iconic creatures of the game.
-Balrog. Another very iconic creature to the game.

Objects.
-Doors. Very commonly used everywhere, and the standard models are very crude.
-Weapon rack. Often used and it's one of the worst object models.
-Alchemist apparatus. All three tables look pretty bad, especially the objects on it.

Other.
-Improved spell effects. With the better lighting capabilities, so much better can be done. I would personally advice to start with ice storm and maybe all ice related spells.

- Cloths, armors, cloaks.
- Character models. Hands, Heads, body, etc...

And more quantity.

Cloth and armor would be great, but I feel that due to the modular nature it would be best tackled all at once.
But maybe they can start with just better hands and maybe some updated helmet models.

This!
I would really want the ability to first choose a head, then haircut and then facial hair. This would make it easier to match pictures with how the avatar looks. Also, the bodies (and definitely the large phenotype, which is less used, for good reason.

Anything that is not paid dlc.

As much as there are other things I would like to see, I do have to admit that graphical improvements are paramount if they want to breathe new life into the game. In as much as character models are important, the terrain could also use some love.
  • One thing I think could help, and not cost a lot of resources, is a fractal tree generator. Right now the tree models don't look great and there isn't a huge amount of variation.
  • Unlocking placeable scaling would also be good. There are functions that can rescale placeables, but the placeable can't be static, which is bad from a performance perspective.
  • Reflective water and mirrors would also be nice.

Another thing I would like to see is a way to see the character bodies even while in water. As it is now, the submerged body parts turns invisible, which annoys me.

I hope to see all of this. It`s almost 6 months after release, and then, they can`t finish it, and only what they can give us is some ♥♥♥♥♥ examples and few reworked weapons.
when you are working on the painting, you do not start with details, only the whole composition, same you should do when you work on graphic content for game, starting with the most frequently used tilable textures, then environment meshes, characters, and finally, weapons.

I would like to see some QoL
Time remaining on buffs/debuffs
Fix for mobs gettting easely distracted/open for easy attack
A better ingame explanation of various mechanics, like AC, To hit modifiers etc.
Using healiing pack/scrolls/magic items does not count as an action so does not trigger a chance attack by the enemy.
A NWN 3 or NWN remade, not only enhanced, with modern GFX.

Unless the latest update broke something, character bodies should show under water if the tileset creator did things right. If they don't show, either something broke (I'll check that later) or you are using tilesets which weren't done properly.

It tested it and the body parts don't show under water any more. This is connected to the water not animating properly any more which has already been reported. A fix for that is planned for the next update.
