No limit per city for specialized districts mod
For example, at the Altar of Auriga you can unlock some specialized districts that are placed on resources and anomalies. Those are limited to only one per city.

A mod that removes the limit to those 3, plus the harbour district would be awesome to see :steamhappy: sadly I have no idea how to do this mod.
