Looking for a UI Scaling mod or Custom UI mod.

So I have been playing around with steamguns and related classes and I needed to zoom out in order to better identify targets... it was worth it, but the UI scaling is horrible... I tried tweaking it as much as I could, but it's not very effective, and since i needed to adjust the font scaling as well, things like health regen are lost in the decal... anyone able to whip up or know of a UI scaling mod, or a custom ui that better supports zooming out than default does?(I like the default look, just not the scaling of it when zoomed out)

Current Res(and max) : 1920 x 1080
Screen zoom(needed to be able to maximize visibility for ranged combat): 50%
Font Scaling(I have a hard time with small text, but the scaling affects detail when mousing over enemies more than any other font so had to tweak it down to this...): 150%

Let me know if any other information would help identify an ideal custom UI mod.

I must add to this... after using these settings i discovered the inscription window(inscribing runes, infusions, etc...) the options are invisible, and at current zoom, font scaling 100 is the only way to mouse over the options... level up screen is equally broken, as is interactions with NPCs, so bare this in mind when designing a UI for such settings apparently o.o
