Unscribe it first, then go to the two locations where you need to remove it:

X:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\418460
X:\Users\...\Documents\My games\Rising Storm 2\ROGame\Cache


Workshop item has id=12345678. Find a match of the workshop item you want to remove and remove the correct folder.

Would it be enough just to remove files without unsubscribing? Because maps that were downloaded automatically upon server join do not seem to be listed as subscribed in steam workshop.

In that case you can't even unsubscribe.
