Singleplayer custom levels
Apologies if this has already been asked, I searched around with Google and here on the discussions pretty quickly but could not find anything on this specific thing. Not 100% sure if this is the right discussion section for this but I'm pretty sure it is.

Is there a way to play custom levels like a single player sandbox? I know there's the Multiverse level editor but since it's designed to play online you have health bars and it doesn't really feel like it's intended for offline.

In short:
Is there a way to play totally offline/singleplayer with custom maps in sandbox without using Multiverse?

Have you loaded the besiege muliverse?

Its essentially just like the singleplayer except for the nametags (but you can remove the gui by pressing tab). Its perfectly playable offline as a sandbox and healthbars are based on how the person made the level, all non pvp maps dont have health bars.
And it is good for offline, not sure what made you think it isnt.

Alright, thanks!. My only concern (regarding the good for offline part) was that I just enjoyed watching machines explode and crumble, where as when I played Multiverse they always instantly respawn. Anyway I'll have a mess around with it a bit more, thanks again.

The respawn is decided by the level creator.
Most levels dont have a respawn function, and it can be implemented in the level editor based not only on health, but can be bound to a button, upon entering an area and a bunch od things.

If theres a specific level you like but are annoyed by the healthbar/respawn just use the wrench tool in the level editor and delete all logic pieces on your build box.

Alright, thanks for clarifying. Will experiment with everything.
