How would I use these mods on the Discord version?

I really want to use the Melee Music mod and Melee Announcer mod. I couldn't find any downloads, and want to use them on the Discord version. Help.

(and no, i don't own the steam version.)

Use {LINK REMOVED} to get whatever mods you want, then find the game's local files and put the mods you've downloaded in the Mods/ folder.
