Green skin/skin changer

Anyway I can change skin of characters to something unnatural whilst using the character gen in-game? If someone could help or leave a link to a steam workshop mod for this that would be much appreciated! :)

Just generate a character, export the image. Go into your favorite image editing program, and paint fill / modify the colors.

Eventcommand "Set Movement Route" Change Blend Type, you can choose sub, add, normal and some 4th thingy. You could also change the Transperency in there in combination with Blend Type to create Ghosts for example. Or dark shadow npcs.
