Mod for adding probes to any class ship?

Looking around the workshop I'm not finding anything. I want to do a "heavy scout" so that no matter what my scouts run into they have enough firepower to break away or just flat out dominate the opposition.

Pretty sure there was a mod like that in steam workshop.
Maybe it was taken down or removed because of the game breaking bug after new patch.
